The IC Index 2024 delves into the impact of internal communications on trust; a topic on the tip of many a tongue in today’s climate. So just how exactly do internal communications impact employee trust, perceptions of change and expectations of organisations? And perhaps more pressingly, where does AI fit in?

We surveyed 4,000 employees, conducted six senior leader interviews and ran three workshops to answer these questions and provide a view of:
