IC Index 2023

Posted: 05-07-2023

Only 57% of UK workers understand their employer’s strategy, leaving a large minority unclear on business priorities.

How can organisations clarify their internal comms, and how are other aspects of IC impacting employees?

Introducing the IC Index 2023, our latest research in partnership with the IoIC. In contrast to other reports in this field that voice the thoughts of IC practitioners, this report speaks for the UK workforce as a whole. We’ve surveyed over 3000 employees to discover what people need from their internal communications.

The IC Index gives you a unique reference point for the latest internal comms insights, including a comprehensive view of:

  • Perceptions of IC and the needs of the UK workforce
  • The impact of internal comms on trust, advocacy and engagement
  • How employees like to hear from their leaders
  • Manager and team communication
  • Employee listening, what works and what doesn’t

Read the IC Index today to help navigate the evolving world of comms and to inform your internal communications strategy.
