Posted: 22-05-2023

Just under two-thirds of employees (64%) are satisfied with their organisation’s sustainability efforts

We’ve surveyed over 8000 employees from four major Financial Services organisations headquartered in the UK and Ireland to answer one question: How much does sustainability matter when it comes to creating a great employee experience?

To find the answer, this report explores:

  • What makes employees satisfied with their organisation’s efforts around sustainability
  • How great ESG credentials impact pride and advocacy
  • How important sustainability is to attract new talent
  • The best ways to communicate with employees about sustainability
