Insights from the Communications Directors' Forum

 

My colleagues and I attended the Richmond Communications Directors' Forum, listening to the real-life challenges that comms practitioners are facing today. Inspiring discussions took place around the innovative ways they are delivering impactful comms in the new world of work.​ From these discussions we noted five key topics on the agenda for comms professionals for 2022, which I've outlined below.
