Putting employee wellbeing at the heart of organisational culture (Practical advice)

Posted: 26-07-2021

‘Where are workplace wellbeing strategies going wrong?’ is the question our new Client Solutions Director, Jack Evans, explores in his first conference session for Karian and Box.

In this 20-minute guided presentation, Jack blends his employee wellbeing expertise with the latest K & B insight to provide practical advice on:

  • Taking a holistic approach to wellbeing and culture. How leaders and HR teams can integrate employee wellbeing into wider cultural change projects, rather than creating wellbeing plans in isolation.
  • Nurturing the right environment and experience. Looking beyond providing toolkits, resources and first aiders, and nurturing a work environment and broader employee experience that supports positive employee wellbeing.
  • Using insight to inform action. Using employee listening methods to improve organisational culture and create effective wellbeing strategies and action plans.
