Hugo Kjellberg

Marketing Executive

  • My role in a nutshell…
I support our external community growth, mainly through social media, website management and research – but I also work with internal communications such as our weekly recognition programme.

  • The favourite part of my job…
Engaging people. I love being a part of something that helps people to start conversations, getting to know each other – I enjoy doing my part in building an engaging culture, it’s the favourite part of my job.

  • A typical day…
I could be doing research on different industries to investigate the latest trends, conducting interviews for a new report or creating content for social media. Like many jobs at Ipsos Karian and Box, my day varies, but overall my role is focused on research, external and internal communications.

  • A personal insight…
I believe in shining the spotlight on the people of a business, getting a sense of what personalities you're dealing with. This is reflected in our social media, showcasing our talented colleagues, but also to give others a sense of who we are and what we stand for.
