Joe co-ordinates and provides consultancy on employee listening programs for a number of large organisations, working primarily in the FS and FMCG sectors.
Joe has a breadth of research experience. He holds a PhD in English Literature and has spent over five years in IK&B's data science and insight team. In his current role he brings together technical expertise and analytical rigor with a passion for storytelling and supporting senior leaders to take action.
