Richard leads the research team in our consulting practice, overseeing the design and delivery of all employee research projects to ensure we provide clients with high quality, focused and practical insights.
Richard has experience across all key sectors in the UK as well as international know-how from a number of overseas roles. Before joining Ipsos Karian and Box, Richard had leadership roles at Korn Ferry, Hay Group and Great Place to Work Institute.
