James is focused on growing our business internationally, building on existing client activity in markets such as Switzerland, Germany, Australia and the US and allowing us to serve our multinational UK clients wherever they are. He also acts as a strategic advisor to a number of key clients across multiple sectors, with a particular focus on culture and financial services.
James joined Ipsos Karian and Box in 2017, having previously been a client of ours as Global Head of Employee Insight at HSBC.
With longstanding experience of advising executive and non-executive boards on insight, strategy and change, James leads on C-suite consultancy and our culture and leadership diagnostic solutions.
