Clare currently acts as a trusted advisor to some of IK&B’s largest clients in the Financial Services, FMCG and Retail sectors.
With a background in HR, Clare has a passion for tailoring programmes to meet clients unique needs, ensuring employee insights are used to meaningfully improve employee experiences and workplace culture in practice.
