Megan is a Consultant at Ipsos Karian and Box with an MCom in Organisational Psychology and a strong background in employee research. She works with a range of clients across several sectors including HSBC, Leeds Building Society, IG Index, Unilever, and Persimmon Homes.
Megan has a keen interest in employee experience, company culture, and employer brand – working with clients to deliver insightful reporting and tailored solutions that help to both retain and attract top talent. Before joining IK&B, Megan fulfilled various roles in the consultancy team at Great Place to Work UK.
