Ruth is an employee experience consultant at Ipsos. With an MSc in Occupational Psychology, Ruth understands the relationship between people and their work environment. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience in transformation, culture and behavioural change programmes and works closely with clients to tailor her approach to their specific needs.
