Inclusion: From Measurement to Meaningful Action

Posted: 12-01-2022

‘The first thing we need to do is make sure that we do have questions that explore inclusion, but the right questions that explore inclusion at its broadest.’

In this 20-minute presentation, our Senior Consultant Rebecca Moore answers two core questions that get asked frequently by our clients:

  • How do we measure how inclusive our organisations are?
  • How do we make our organisations more inclusive?

Rebecca also discusses how too much focus on percentages when reporting on D&I can be misleading, and the importance of considering which lens one is looking through when viewing the employee experience.
