  • My role in a nutshell…
I help clients listen to their employees. I design questions reflecting organisation's priorities and employees’ unique experience of work, create reports pinpointing where and how to act, and run focus groups and interviews to crowdsource employee-led ideas and ensure people feel heard. I'm always looking for future research avenues to help clients plan for change and answer big questions such as what female leaders need to succeed or how to address attrition in remote workers.

  • The favourite part of my job…
It’s exciting working with our analysts to pull out stories and make sense of the huge amounts of data that we collect. I love when we find a thread and dig into the results to build a bigger picture, connecting the dots across the employee experience. We have amazing designers and content writers who bring these stories to life through really exciting, clear and actionable reports which I always feel so proud to share with our clients.

  • A typical day…
The variety keeps you on your toes! Some days are all talk; pitching for new projects, gathering context from clients to ensure reports pinpoint the most impactful actions, brainstorming how to visualise findings with colleagues or chatting to employees in focus groups. Other days are about grabbing a coffee and getting your head down into analysis planning, reviewing reports or writing thought leadership!

  • A personal insight…
Everything we do at IK&B is underpinned by teamwork; each project reflects a huge collective effort from very talented people who are genuinely passionate about what they do. We're trusted and empowered to work in whatever way we need to be at our best, and this flexibility is reflected in the commitment people give back.
