With a background in maths and education, Kathryn specialises in data analysis and reporting.
Having previously led many of our key research projects, she now heads up the Analysis and Reporting team – a world-class team of specialist advanced data analysts – helping to shape employee research solutions that impact leadership, culture and employee wellbeing.
