We’re looking for a talented Employee Research Consultant / Senior Employee Research Consultant to work with our fabulous clients in shaping and executing research programmes to drive improvements to the employee experience and workplace culture.

About the role
As an Employee Research Consultant, you’ll work with major blue-chip clients like Barclays, bp, Tesco, BT and many others. You will work in an advisory capacity as the lead consultant for clients, designing and implementing innovative research programmes solutions which meet their needs, ranging from continuous listening to annual census surveys. Your role will cover end to end support, from shaping and designing research objectives and questions through to creating high impact, high energy insight reports for your clients…and everything in between. You’ll lead research programmes, but will have the support of a talented team of analysts, writers, designers and project managers providing expert input along the way.
Our continuous growth is built on building great relationships with our clients, so you’ll be responsible for developing effective relationships with your clients – likely to be HR & Engagement professionals – who see you as their trusted advisor.
